National Road No. 3

Road rehabilitation and upgrading to deal with higher traffic volume.

134km stretch of National Road 3 from Phnom Penh to Kampot town took 34 months of construction by funding from China. The project is structural rehabilitation from sub-base to wearing course while other sections are road widening from 2 lanes to 4 lanes.
