Expansion of National Road 4 to ease congestion.

A five-year project to upgrade National Road 4 has been launched with a concessional loan from the World Bank. The road will be repaired, rehabilitated, and widened from 7 meters to 10 meters, stretch 200km from Bek Chan commune in Kandal Province to Bit Trang commune in Preah Sihanouk Province. The binder materials such as AC 60/70, CSS-1, and CRS-2 is supplied by KSRC.
