An adapted solution to Hanoi’s intensive traffic Ring Road.Due to an increase in the number and load of containers and heavy cargo trucks from Hai Phong and the Northern Industrial zone of Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, and Bac Giang, the 60/70 layer in this busiest ring road of Hanoi is faced with serious rutting. Hanoi City had decided to replace it completely with PMB asphalt. This became the first project in Vietnam to replace the 60/70 surface layer on cement concrete slab with the PMB III asphalt to resist rutting. ADCo was the sole supplier of PMB III and CRS-1P for any repair/replacing of the PMB layer of this project spanning over 3 years, 2014-2016.
